Job Description
Phillips Outsourcing is seeking an experienced ISP Supervisor to oversee daily aerial customer drop and in-home installations. You will lead technicians in routing drop cables, ONT/router configuration, and fiber signal testing; enforce GVA safety, quality, and PPE standards; and verify completions through visual inspections and power readings. Responsibilities include on-site technical troubleshooting, ensuring crews have required tools (ladders, fusion splicer, power meter), monitoring performance, reporting to the ISP Manager, managing client feedback, and maintaining connection records.
- Requirements: Technical Diploma (Telecom/IT/Electrical)
- 3+ years FTTH aerial experience; strong GPON/ONT knowledge
- Field supervision experience, basic reporting skills (Excel/Forms/WhatsApp), ability to work under pressure
