Reime West Africa Limited is seeking an experienced ISP Manager to lead customer installation operations for our FTTH deployment in Ibadan, Nigeria. The successful candidate will oversee aerial last-mile connections, supervise ISP technicians, and ensure high technical and service standards during installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily installation schedules and supervise technician performance.
• Ensure all installations comply with technical specifications and promote customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on activities, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
• 4–5 years’ experience in FTTH installations.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
