Job Description
We seek an experienced IPP Operator to monitor and operate power plant equipment, ensuring safe and reliable electricity generation. The role includes controlling turbines and generators, conducting routine inspections, recording operational data, troubleshooting faults, and coordinating with maintenance teams.
- Qualifications: technical diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years in power plant or industrial operations.
- Skills: familiarity with SCADA, basic electrical and mechanical systems, safety procedures, and strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Requirements: willingness to work rotating shifts. Certification in power plant operations is a plus.
