Job Description
Crimsonoak Partners is currently in search of an experienced Investment Operations Officer to bolster the execution and post-trade activities of our investment portfolios. This vital role focuses on facilitating efficient settlement, reconciliation, compliance, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage trade processing and settlement operations.
- Monitor cash flows and oversee reconciliations.
- Maintain precise records of asset movements.
- Ensure adherence to SEC regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with partners to resolve issues.
- Assist in audits and enhance workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in investment operations.
- In-depth knowledge of settlement cycles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
