TRO-VEST Capital Partners is actively seeking a highly detail-oriented Investment Operations Associate to join our Asset Management team based in Lagos. This full-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in fund administration and investment operations.

Primary responsibilities include managing client accounts, processing subscriptions and redemptions, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with SEC and KYC regulations. Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc. degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.

The ideal candidates will exhibit strong analytical and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of mutual fund administration.
