Neptune Microfinance Bank is actively seeking an Investment Officer to enhance our deposit portfolio growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients and promoting our diverse deposit products while fostering strong relationships with existing customers. This role is target-driven, focusing on mobilizing deposits from individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and corporate organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize deposits to achieve set targets.
• Market deposit and investment products effectively.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• HND/B.Sc. in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in deposit mobilization or sales.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding performance targets.
