Job Description
Alan & Grant is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Investment Banking and provide specialist advisory services in areas such as Capital Markets, Divestitures, and Corporate Restructuring Transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the capital raising process.
- Conduct complex quantitative analysis.
- Maintain relationships with clients and regulators.
- Evaluate investment opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
