Job Description
As an Inventory & Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of inventory and warehouse operations within our company. You will ensure that inventory levels are maintained accurately and that warehouse processes are optimized for maximum efficiency.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing inventory control procedures to track inventory levels accurately
- Monitoring inventory turnover and minimizing stock discrepancies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment
- Managing warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Creating and maintaining warehouse layout and organization
- Implementing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with all warehouse regulations
To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous experience in inventory management and warehouse operations is highly desirable.
