Alali Bar and Lounge is seeking a full-time Inventory Supervisor to manage stock control and promote cost efficiency. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of inventory management experience (restaurant experience preferred), strong organizational and record-keeping skills, proficiency with computers and Excel, knowledge of FIFO procedures, accurate counting and solid numerical ability, and experience working with vendors. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with restaurant inventory systems, understanding of food storage regulations, and the capacity to analyze costs to reduce waste.
