Job Description
Powerview Group is a leading construction and real estate company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects with a focus on innovation and sustainability. We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Store and Inventory Manager to oversee our construction materials and equipment inventory. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations and timely project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure construction materials, tools, and equipment at competitive prices.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to optimize procurement processes.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain positive relationships with key vendors.
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and procurement teams to forecast material requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address inventory-related issues and support project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Knowledge of construction materials.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry standards is desirable.
