Job Description

We are recruiting to fill the position of Inventory Officer:

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

  • The Inventory Officer will be responsible for tracking and managing inventory, keeping track of stock availability, and the location of items.
  • They will also be responsible for ordering new inventory when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing inventory storage and organization.
  • Performing regular cycle counts to ensure inventory records’ accuracy.
  • Working with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reconciling inventory discrepancies.
  • Reporting inventory levels and trends to management.
  • Assisting with physical inventory counts.
  • Working with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting or any other related course.
  • 2-3 years of inventory management experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move inventory items as required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary:

  • N100,00 monthly.
