Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Inventory Officer / Admin Executive in our Facility Management department. As an Inventory Officer / Admin Executive, your main responsibility will be managing and organizing inventory across our facility and ensuring accurate stock records.

Your key tasks will include monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and reconciling any discrepancies. You will also be responsible for updating inventory databases, generating reports, and assisting with procurement activities.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be dealing with a large volume of inventory items. Knowledge of inventory management software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are also required.

This position requires effective communication and collaboration with various departments, suppliers, and vendors. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
