Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Inventory Manager to assist in inventory planning and ensure adequate stock levels for our kitchens and packing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee stock levels and manage purchase orders.
• Perform weekly physical inventory counts and address any discrepancies.
• Update inventory management systems and analyze demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance stock flow efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain.
• Strong numerical ability with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
