Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Audit Officer to perform regular inventory audits, reconcile physical stock with system records, and investigate discrepancies. The role requires preparing clear audit reports, conducting cycle counts, updating inventory records, and recommending process improvements to strengthen internal controls.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to resolve variances.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
- Apply analytical skills to identify trends and control weaknesses.
- Work independently to meet deadlines and deliver timely audit results.
Requirements: minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory or audit roles; degree in accounting, logistics, or related field preferred; strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, and effective communication skills.
