Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Administrator to ensure accurate stock levels, manage cycle counts, and support warehouse and purchasing operations. The successful candidate will maintain and reconcile inventory records, coordinate shipments and returns, update ERP and inventory systems, and prepare monthly reports and KPIs.

• 1–3 years of inventory or warehouse experience
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Clear verbal and written communication

This role requires organizational discipline, accuracy in recordkeeping, and the ability to collaborate effectively across operations and procurement teams.
