Job Description
Ziba Consulting is in search of a skilled Internal Recruiter to optimize our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will establish effective communication with clients to promptly fill positions with high-caliber candidates. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are vital for managing multiple pipelines while ensuring superior client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather job briefs.
- Schedule interviews and provide timely updates to clients.
- Perform initial screening interviews and enhance recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and various job boards.
Salary: N150,00 – N200,00 per month
