Job Description
Staffora Global Limited is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Internal Recruiter to oversee the recruitment process for our esteemed clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify and source top talent while ensuring timely closure of positions. The ideal candidates will possess exceptional organizational skills and strong client management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates.
- Analyze workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary: N200,00 – N250,00 Monthly.
