Job Description
Ensuring the integrity of financial operations
- Minimize risks and protect assets
- Ensure accuracy of records
- Safeguard assets through implementation and monitoring
- Encourage adherence to policies, rules, and regulations
- Conduct thorough risk assessments specific to financial activities, identifying potential vulnerabilities and evaluating existing controls
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, banking laws, and industry standards
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments for continuous compliance
- Prepare detailed reports on internal control assessments, testing results, and compliance status
- Develop and implement strategies to detect and prevent financial fraud within the institution
