Job Description
WorkEvolve is looking for a skilled Internal Auditor and Control professional to enhance our hospitality group in Lagos. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and delivering insights aimed at boosting profitability while minimizing risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily internal audits across various departments.
- Assess adherence to company regulations.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
- Compile comprehensive audit reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ICAN or ACCA certification.
- 2-5 years of experience in internal auditing.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a must.
- Strong analytical and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
