Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Internal Audit Officer with experience in the fintech industry. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating our company’s internal controls, processes, and financial systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough internal audits of various departments and activities within the organization.
• Identify risks and areas of improvement in financial reporting, operations, and compliance.
• Develop and implement audit plans, test procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and ensure effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using audit tools, software, and techniques.
