Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit & Controls Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the internal audit and control systems of our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective internal audit plans and procedures
- Evaluating the adequacy of internal controls and making recommendations for improvement
- Conducting risk assessments and identifying areas of potential risk
- Performing regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Managing a team of auditors and providing guidance and support
- Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management
