Job Description
FirstRand seeks an intern to rotate through selected departments, gaining practical exposure and a broad understanding of the financial services sector. The role involves cultivating a service-oriented culture, strengthening client relationships, and supporting innovation. You will foster cross-functional collaboration for professional service delivery, assist with cost-effective sourcing and employer branding initiatives, and maintain documentation and knowledge-management systems to drive continuous improvement. The position requires adherence to legislative and audit governance and provision of efficient administrative support through planning, reporting, and timely information updates.
