Job Description
Role Summary: Our Client, a home and office interior decoration business, is seeking a smart and social media-savvy In-Store Sales Officer/Store Attendant.
Location: Ikota Shopping Complex, Ikota, Ajah, Lagos
Essential Responsibilities:
- Understand company products and prices
- Manage point of sales transactions, packaging, and logistics
- Attend to customers that visit the stores
- Respond to online inquiries
- In charge of all social media and report to M.D.
- Tracking of goods from warehouse to shop floor
- Keeping of purchase and sales records
- Responsible for the stock level of goods at the shop floor and warehouse
- Disbursement of petty cash/shop expenses & bills
- Suggest and plan ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, adverts, attending fairs and seasonal sales)
Requirements:
- Knowledge of in-store sales and customer attendant
- Ability to work without supervision
- Comfortable working alone
- 2-3 years of experience in Retail
- Excellent communication skills
- Should live within the Lekki, Ikota, Ajah Axis
- Social Media Savvy
