Job Description
The candidate must be a focused, efficient, result-oriented individual with strong leadership personality and communication skills. He/She must have the ability to multitask and simultaneously work on multiple engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiation of rates & terms for new and existing policies.
- Audit of policy documents and endorsements to ensure adequacy and compliance.
- Proactive client response and prompt query resolution.
- Remarketing of clients’ portfolios and preparing necessary documents.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Arts, Law, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in reputable Insurance Brokerage.
- Associate of CII Nigeria or CII London is an advantage.
- Client relationship management skills and vast insurance knowledge.
- Strong Communication, Leadership, Presentation, and Analytical Skills.
- Good Business Acumen and Negotiation Skills.
- Age not exceeding 38 years.
