Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Insurance Salesperson. As an Insurance Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance policies to clients. Your main goal will be to meet sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients and explain the benefits of insurance coverage
- Assess client needs and suggest suitable insurance products
- Prepare and present insurance proposals
- Process applications and handle policy renewals
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing prompt assistance and resolution of queries
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of different types of insurance policies
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
