Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Risk Management and Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. This position will play a key role in overseeing and managing all aspects of risk management and compliance within our insurance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective risk management strategies and policies to minimize potential risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and quality assurance reviews to identify potential gaps and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies by conducting regular audits and providing guidance to staff.
• Coordinate with internal departments to develop and enhance risk management frameworks and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to proactively address potential risks and compliance issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance risk management and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
