Job Description
CAG Boidevezi seeks an experienced Insurance Project Manager to strengthen controls and coordinate operations across underwriting, claims, accounting, HR, and executive support. Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintain and improve internal controls for underwriting and claims.
- Track cross‑functional projects and manage database updates.
- Oversee client accounting, including premium billing and collections.
- Supervise payroll and HR processes and drive HR improvements.
- Provide executive assistance (travel arrangements, calendar management, procurement).
Ideal candidates will have insurance distribution experience, strong numerical and interpersonal skills, a methodical approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This cross‑functional role reports to the CEO and CFO and offers a dynamic growth environment, a collaborative team, flexible hours, and meal vouchers.
