Job Description

Description:
- Meeting with clients for insurance product sales.
- Providing excellent financial guidance and advice.
- Educating clients on how to plan towards retirement.
- Analyzing clients’ risks and encouraging them to invest in the future.
Experience: No prior experience is required as adequate training will be provided to suitable candidates. However, prior experience in insurance sales shall be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- Write daily reports and provide management with weekly feedback.
Requirements:
- You must be passionate about selling.
- You must be persistent and proactive.
- You must have the ability to convince someone else to buy necessary and beneficial insurance products.
Qualifications: Possess a Higher Institution Degree in any discipline (OND, HND, B.SC).
