Salary: ₦175,00 (during probation, with a salary review after confirmation)
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience Required: At least 2 years of experience in IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve IT hardware and software issues.
- Install and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Provide technical support and training to clients.
- Document issues and solutions using a ticketing system.
