Job Description
Are you passionate about ensuring fair and harmonious work relationships within an organization?
We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Manager to oversee our casual employees’ employment conditions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing industrial relations strategies, policies, and procedures. You will provide advice and guidance to managers and employees regarding workplace issues, including disputes resolution, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
As an Industrial Relations Manager, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including union representatives and HR professionals, to negotiate and manage enterprise agreements. You will also monitor and analyze workplace trends and legislation changes to ensure compliance and recommend appropriate actions.
To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, including the Fair Work Act. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
