Job Description
Are you passionate about sales and customer experience? We are seeking an Inbound Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Inbound Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing incoming sales inquiries and providing prompt and exceptional customer service to convert leads into sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Providing accurate product information and resolving customer queries
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Managing and updating customer information in our CRM system
- Collaborating with the Sales team to meet sales targets
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a proactive mindset. You must be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing outstanding customer service. Experience in analyzing sales data and using CRM software is a plus.
