Job Description
Standard Bank is looking for an experienced Inbound Call Center Supervisor to lead our Customer Contact Centre team based in Ilupeju Industrial Avenue, Lagos, Nigeria. This full-time position emphasizes the delivery of exceptional service for both inbound and outbound calls, focusing on the efficient resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
