Job Description
Rolad Properties and Allied Services Limited was established with the aim of providing high-quality properties in prime locations. We prioritize delivering excellent service in a timely manner. We are currently looking for an In-House Legal Personnel to join our team in Lagos on a full-time basis. This position will report to the General Manager and Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on real estate matters
- Draft legal agreements
- Analyze and review legal agreements, legislation, and documents
- Promote compliance with statutory obligations
- Advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures
- Provide internal advisory services to different departments
- Offer legal support for departmental projects and job functions
- Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Law from a reputable university
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role post-NYSC
- Must be called to the bar
- Proficiency in MS Office packages
- Strong communication, strategic, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Remuneration & Benefit:
- Monthly salary: N200,00 (Net)
