We are seeking an Impact & Data Associate to support Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing program data to measure outcomes and inform decision-making. You will maintain databases, prepare regular reports, and help design M&E tools and surveys. Collaborating with program teams, you will ensure data quality and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations.

• 1–3 years’ experience in data analysis or M&E
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization (Power BI or Tableau); basic statistics
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, or a related field preferred
