Job Description
We seek an ICLA Digital Coordinator to lead digital outreach and online case management for our ICLA program. You will manage digital platforms and content, develop and operate online information and counseling services, coordinate referrals, and ensure data protection and confidentiality. Track user engagement and metrics, prepare reports, and train staff in digital tools and safe online practices. The ideal candidate brings experience in digital communications and protection or case management, strong coordination and analytical skills, and a commitment to user-centered, ethical service delivery.
