Job Description
We are currently looking for an organized and detail-oriented I.T Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team. As an I.T Helpdesk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients.
In this role, you will handle incoming helpdesk requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and escalate more complex problems to the relevant teams. You will maintain a helpdesk ticketing system to track and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
As an I.T Helpdesk Coordinator, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You must be knowledgeable in various computer systems, networks, and software applications. Previous experience in a similar role is desired.
