Job Description
Hobark International Limited (HIL), a leading player in the oil and gas industry, is seeking to fill the position of Human Resources (HR) Supervisor. Our head office is located in Lagos, operating across four countries.
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and assist with applicant screening.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies during onboarding.
- Promote awareness of the Performance Management system.
- Monitor performance evaluations for entities.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Social Sciences or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR generalist experience.
