Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance for a growing team. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient hiring processes, maintain accurate HR records, and support a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and post job listings; screen and interview candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and administer benefits and HRIS systems.
- Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support performance management and employee relations initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, minimum 2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, familiarity with labor regulations, and proficiency with HRIS tools.
