Job Description
BLUETTI is a leading provider of innovative solar solutions, making clean energy accessible for homes and off-grid lifestyles. We are currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team in Lagos on a full-time basis.
As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring effective internal communication, managing office administration, leading recruitment processes, and supporting our financial team. Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of HR or administrative experience, be well-versed in local labor laws, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in a multinational setting and a legal background is preferred.
