Beckley Consulting Limited is actively searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to provide essential HR support and effectively manage workforce operations. As the primary point of contact for employees, you will address inquiries, assist in recruitment efforts, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Your key responsibilities will include administering employee benefits, resolving grievances, and promoting employee engagement initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1-2 years of HR experience, is required. Familiarity with Nigerian labor laws and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
