Job Description
MacTay Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Human Resources & Recruitment Officer to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment process, manage payroll administration, enhance our social media presence, and foster strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Manage monthly payroll processing efficiently.
- Strengthen our social media presence.
- Conduct client visits to gather feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
- Outstanding communication skills.
Salary: N200,00 – N250,00 per month.
