Job Description
R & R Recruiting Services is a reputable Recruitment, Training, Consulting & Human Resources Management Agency. We are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Human Resources / Operations Officer in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws in payroll processes.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Salary Range: ₦200,00 – ₦250,00 per month.
