Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join SKYHIGH MEDICAL CENTRE. In this role, you will collaborate with the Group HR and General Manager to strategically plan and implement HR initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Educating employees on company policies and maintaining the employee handbook.
• Managing the exit process, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Overseeing recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
• Coordinating learning and development initiatives.

Requirements:

• HND or B.Sc in a Social Management course.
• 2 – 4 years of work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦130,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
