Job Description
Sigel Advisory Partners is looking for a driven and experienced Human Resources Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will lead talent acquisition efforts, oversee the onboarding process, implement effective performance management systems, and develop HR policies in line with Nigerian labor laws. You will also be responsible for fostering positive employee relations, coordinating training programs, and managing HR administration and payroll.
To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Additional professional certifications are advantageous. A strong understanding of Nigerian labor regulations and exceptional communication skills are required.
