Job Description
Full-time opportunity in retail/supermarket operations. Eden Solutions and Resources is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer with prior retail experience to support HR activities and foster a high-performance culture across our stores.
- Key responsibilities: manage recruitment and onboarding, coordinate staff training and performance management, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
- Requirements: HND or B.Sc. in Human Resources or related field; 3–5 years of HR experience in retail; excellent communication skills; proficiency with HR software.
- Compensation: ₦300,00 per month.
