Job Description
As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the company’s HR activities. You will be responsible for recruiting and selecting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Additionally, you will handle employee onboarding, training and development programs, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
- Overseeing employee onboarding and ensuring compliance with company regulations.
- Planning and conducting training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
