Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Support employee documentation and maintain HR records.
- Coordinate training sessions, events, and team-building activities.
- Provide daily administrative support to the HR department.
- Maintain an organized HR filing system.
Requirements: Must be a current NYSC corps member; recent studies in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration; strong communication and organizational skills; reliability and discretion are essential.
