Job Description

A construction company seeks a highly competent and process-oriented Human Resources Officer to join their HR department. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, standard organization. They will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including Recruitment, Payroll Management, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
• Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries.
• Manage employee performance appraisals and development plans.
• Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and maintain a positive workplace environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Utilize HR software for efficient management of HR functions.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years in a similar HR role within a fast-paced organization.
• Certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and experience with HR software.
• Previous experience in a construction company is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
