Job Description
BSS Consulting Limited is a leading HSE Practitioner outfit, engages in Health, Safety, and Environmental Consulting. The Company was incorporated on 28th October, 2003 With RC No 498083. The Corporate Head Office is located at 7, Ogunlana Drive, Surulere, Lagos.
We are recruiting to fill the position of Human Resources Officer.

Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital form.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree with 3-6 years of experience.
