Woodgate Structure Limited is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Human Resources Manager in Ibadan, Oyo. As a leading HR Management and Business Structuring Company, we are committed to professionalism, integrity, and a genuine mission to foster workplace excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment and hiring process.
• Act as a critical liaison between employees and management.
• Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Manage performance evaluations and employee benefits programs.
• Facilitate employee development through training initiatives.

Requirements: Candidates should possess an HND, OND, or Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Salary: N200,00 – N500,00 per month.
